Since the internet has opened up a whole new way to access information and communicate with people located thousands of miles away in another country, the world has suddenly got a whole lot smaller. When it comes to buying lottery tickets, you can now choose to participate in games played across the globe.
As physical transportation is no longer needed to reach people, whether this is for business or entertainment purposes, you can now buy goods and services online, with just the help of a computer or phone. This has meant that playing lottery games is now so easy.
Take the United States, for instance. In this vast country there are many lottery games being played on a state and nationwide scale. With no geographical restrictions to bother about, you can now enter regional draws like the NJ Lottery. And if you fancied playing the Florida Lotto or California Lottery, you now can.
Just turn on your computer and find a reputable lottery ticket website with a secure connection and you are given access to some of the biggest games in America, which include the likes of Mega Millions and Powerball. There is no need to be concerned about purchasing tickets online as many people do this every day.
When you get your lottery tickets through a dedicated source, your ticket and numbers will be stored in your account where you can check back to see what you chose. As soon as the draw has been made you can find out the lottery results in super quick time.
So these days lottery ticket participation has never been easier and more straightforward. At the click of a mouse you can enter games which are taking place on the other side of the world. Maybe you will be the next big jackpot winner?
Looking for information, tips, advice or just to see if you have won the Florida Lotto visit the www.alottery.com web site.
I have an iPad but very rarely play games on it because I don’t really find it that easy to do so. It’s the same with my iPhone but if you have simple games like Angry Birds or cut the rope they are designed perfectly for touch screen devices. However, when it comes to games that utilise joypad movements like Assassins Creed or Atari classics then the game play becomes a little tricky.
The iCade resolves a lot of these issues by turning your iPad into a small retro arcade machine. It Arcade style cabinet features a joystick and eight full-sized buttons that wirelessly integrate with your iPad. The iCade also doubles as a stylish and functional stand and storage device for the Apple tablet.
Priced at £79.99 this little cabinet will let you play 100’s of games that are available for the iPad and I guarantee the game play is more enjoyable.
So another company has decided to enter the war on iPad by releasing a it’s own tablet computer, this time it’s Blackberry.
The device is called the Playbook and has been officially released today just in time for Fathers Day this weekend.
What it might lack in the number Apps available the Playbook makes up for in functionality because it comes with the Documents To Go software enabling the user to work with spreadsheets and word files. However, the biggest advantage I can see is that it supports Adobe Flash Player so you can surf the web uninterrupted. The Blackberry will also record HD video and allow users to email, surf and chat simultaneously.
There will be three models available priced from £399 for the 16GB, £479 for the 32GB and £559 fro the top of the range 64GB.
I’m a huge Star Wars fan, despite my age, so therefore have a collection of vehicle and figures that I’ve either bought myself or received as gifts.
The problem is that there’s always something that I want to add to my collection but I really don’t have the space to store it all so I’m trying to resist the urge all the time.
However, I think that I’m going to have to make an exception for the Super Deluxe AT-AT because it looks really cool.
The AT-AT is probably the one Star Wars toy that I always wanted but never actually had so there’s extra incentive to get it. It’s been made by Hasbro and stands at 24inches tall featuring authentic sounds and phrases, lights, room for 20 figures (the AT-AT driver is the only one included though), a zip line, articulated legs and it even includes a Speeder Bike which can be removed.
I think I’ll just buy it now.
At first you’ll be thinking that the above title is a typo but believe me it’s not because there is actually a glass pool table available to buy.
The next thing you’ll thinking is that the playing surface must rubbish because it’s glass and not felt so the balls wont run true. However, this isn’t the case because the table as a unique patented Vitrik playing surface.
Nottage Designs who build the G-1 pool table to order have topped the glass surface with this unbelievable texture which mimics the normal playing surface of a regular table.
At £34,999.00 it’s not cheap but if I had the money I really wouldn’t hesitate because it really does look cool and if Carlsberg made pool tables it would look like the G-1.
But don’t just take my word for it have a look at either the Nottage Design or Firebox web sites.
With the sun shining outside, the temperature high and hot weekend ahead my mind has turned to camping.
However, the major flaw in the camping plan is my lack of tent which is quite a big problem of course. A friend of mine has said that I can borrow one of his but I would quite like to have one that is actually mine.
So, whilst looking for a new tent I found the VW Camper Van which is a life size replica of the legendary 60’s German people carrier.
It’s not particularly cheap at £299.99 but it will sleep four adults in two separately zipped double-size rooms and there is even enough room to stand up.
There is a choice of three different colours all of which look really cool so if fancy camping in a tent no one else is going have, visit Firebox.com now.

I was wondering how long it would take Sony to enter the tablet computer market and compete against Apples iPad. Well today they’ve announced the upcoming release of two new gadgets.
The devices will use the Google Android operating system and will be branded as the S1 and S2. The S1 will look like the standard tablet computer with a 9.4inch screen whilst the S2 will feature dual 5.5inch screens. The two screens can either be use as one viewing screen or for completing two functions at once, such emailing and surfing the web.
Sony haven’t yet announced any prices or the proper specification guide for either of the models but they are expected to arrive at the end of the year.
Over years I bought numerous things from Firebox.com so I received their newsletter every month which highlights the latest deals and newest products. Most of the time I just delete the newsletter because it doesn’t have anything interesting in it.
However, in their recent email I noticed the new Boogie Board Paperless LCD which is a new gadget for writing notes, digital graffiti, messages, drawing, etc. You’ll no longer need a pencil a paper!
The lightweight flexible LCD device enables you write, draw, sketch and doodle using the included stylus, your finger or anything that is able to draw a line.
The wafer thin screen needs just one small watch battery for power so you wont have to worry about plugging it in. It claims to last for approximately 50,000 erases so it should last a while.
It’s priced at £34.99 and is available online.
I never bothered buying the fist iPhone when it was released but I did purchase the iPhone 4 as soon as it’s was released having decided not buy the 3GS and patiently wait for the 4th generation.
I was disappointed because the smart phone is brilliant and I don’t how could ever go back to a normal mobile. Although lots of people suffered reception difficulties I never have so I don’t have any complaints about the device.
The 5th generation is due to be released this summer so I’ve been looking at the rumours that have been circulating about the possible upgrades it will feature:
Ultra fast mobile internet
A new redesign instead of the current model.
Upgraded CPU.
More memory and faster processor.
Larger screen.
Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, enabling the phone to act as a debit/credit card.
8 megapixel camera.
There are obviously more rumours floating about but I don’t have the time to list them all. I think the most important update for most people will be improved reception!
