I have problems with the standard in ear earphones that come with gadgets these days. I think I may have funny shaped ears because they never stay in for very long. I’m for ever trying not to move my head too much to stop the things popping out. And I’m not going to splash out on an expensive pair of in ear earphones that you can adjust. I think Acoustibuds could help me here.
A CES Innovations award winner this year, the small rubber buds just slip onto your earphones. The Acoustibuds have a flexible fin design that fits snugly into your ear and so, according to the manufacturers, blocks out external sounds more effectively and provides enriched acoustics.
They are actually made of a soft hypoallergenic silicone that are said to fit iPod, iPhone and many other MP3 player earphones and I would imagine a lot of phone earphones too. The manufacturers also say that the buds will stay in through extreme physical exercise and sweat.
They come as 2 pairs and one of the best things about them is the price. Whereas some of the solutions to the falling out of the ear problem are pricey costing around the $150 mark, these are a mere $13. At that price you can’t go wrong.
