Albeit using nano-machines instead of huge ratchets, cranks and levers. Being designed by US researchers, these computers will be much more rugged and durable than standard silicon-based CPU’s, allowing for many military and space-based applications. Although they will be comparable to the size of a silicon processor, they will be relatively much slower - with a calculated maximum speed of 2Ghz.
