We all have a point in our lives when we have to arrange a party for kids. Finding the usual children’s party supplies, like paper hats, cake and party bags, is easy enough. But how do you make that birthday something special and memorable for those involved?
Well one gadget I’ve found really useful for children’s parties is a novelty Candy Grabber. It’s just like those grabbers in fairs and arcades where you have to try and control the metal claw and grab something like a teddy bear. Only these ones are smaller, portable and can be filled with miniature chocolate bars (e.g. Mars minis, etc.)
This went down a blast at the last party I helped organise and I definitely recommend you add it to your list of essential children’s party supplies. Just buy a bulk bag of mini chocolate bars from your local supermarket and you are good to go, this will keep the kids entertained for a while.
It certainly beats just doing the usual pass the parcel or pin the tail on the donkey type activities, although they are still great to do in addition to the Candy Grabber. Just remember not to let them have too many chocolate bars, 10 kids full of sugar? No thank you.
