There is nothing more satisfying than getting something for free and when going to trade shows there is always the opportunity to get free corporate gifts.
Just recently I had the chance to go to Dublin through my workplace to meet our supplier and the day was really about thanking us for using them and training us up on new products for the future. We were treated to a day of fun activities and lots of food.
This company really is at the cutting edge of technology and this showed with all its facilities and electronic gadgets on display. As we were a valued customer, we were presented with various gifts. One was a USB pen drive, the other was a digital photo frame and the last gift was a state of the art USB webcam.
Quite a nice collection of merchandise to take back to the office and share out with the staff i thought. That was until I realised that the webcam had a fault in that it had a permanent blur and could not focus at all. So free gifts are brilliant but at the same time a letdown when they fail to work as you’d expect.
