Peraves have recently announced a new way to reduce CO2 emissions while looking ‘cool’ in the process. The MonoTracer has been designed by german company Peraves to have extremely low drag which, when equipped with a 130 bhp BMW engine, is capable of 0-60mph in under 5 seconds with carbon emissions of only 85g/km. The enclosed design of the bike means it is completely weatherproof but it will set you back £41,000 to buy. I’m sure there are much cheaper alternatives to reducing your carbon-footprint and also looking less of a goon in the process.
